Webinars


The Maryland World Class Consortia produces webinars on a range of topics associated with operational excellence.

Some webinars are free of charge for both members and non-members. All are invited to view these sessions on general topics, such as introductory lean training, using the Shingo Prize Model and other topics.

The Consortia also hosts live webinars with experts in a range of topics.  Live sessions are open to all.  Recordings of these webinars are provided exclusively for Maryland World Class Consortia members.

Free Recordings

Jeff Fuchs, Director of the MWCC and a member of the Shingo Prize Board of Examiners, describes the Shingo Prize Model and how businesses of all types can use the model to assess their current state and target improvements in this 55-minute webinar.  Topics covered include:
